Nursing is hard. Motherhood is hard. Carrying both at the same time? It can feel like a lot.
As nurses, we care deeply for others as we hold space for hard moments, witness suffering, support families, and carry the emotional weight of our work. Then we go home and step into motherhood, often pouring into our families while still trying to process everything we experienced on shift.
If you’ve ever felt the mental load of caring for everyone else while trying to care for yourself… this evening is for you. 🤍
Join us for a meaningful night designed specifically for nurse moms as we explore the intersection of motherhood, nursing, and maternal mental health through an engaging guest speaker, Nurse & Mom, Laura McHugh. Plus additional mama encouragers :)
Together, we’ll talk about the invisible mental load nurses and mothers carry, navigating priorities and values, the emotional impact of caregiving, and the ever-changing seasons of motherhood.
This night is more than education! It’s a chance to exhale, connect, and be cared for in community.
What to Expect:
✨ A meaningful guest speaker session on motherhood, nursing & maternal mental health
🍽️ A yummy dinner (no cooking tonight, mama!)
🍹 Mama mocktails
🎨 A beachy DIY activity
🤍 Connection and conversation with fellow nurse moms
📚 2.0 Continuing Education credits included
CE Information:
2.0 contact hours will be provided by the continuing nursing education partner, Debriefing the Front Lines, Inc., an ANCC-accredited provider.
Whether you are in the newborn season, raising toddlers, navigating school-age years, or simply trying to balance it all, we hope you leave feeling educated, seen, supported, and reminded that you are not carrying this alone.
Come as you are. We saved you a seat.
