Our Crisis Support Initiative exists to show up for nurses and healthcare staff when the weight gets heavy. In times of loss, burnout, or critical need, we provide unit meals and curated gift drops to remind teams they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Grief Support Bags filled with evidence-based resources and tangible tools to help them navigate grief and difficult emotions OR General Support Bags filled with items to help you feel seen and cared for
Food delivered to your unit to fuel your staff
Complementary Peer to Peer sessions with our Board Certified Nurse Coach team to process, hold space and offer supportive resources
