Join us for an evening designed to help nurses slow down and look ahead with clarity, purpose, and alignment. Rooted & Renewed is a creative, reflective gathering where we’ll gently transition from rest into vision by setting goals that honor your values, energy, and season of life.
We’ll hear encouragement and practical wisdom from Alana Beittel, RN & Master’s Certified Life Coach, as she shares how to create a meaningful vision without burnout, pressure, or hustle culture. Together, we’ll reflect, dream, and plan in ways that feel healthy, sustainable, and life-giving.
This evening is equal parts connection, creativity, and intention because your goals deserve care, not chaos.
Who: Nurses, nursing students & healthcare providers
When: Thursday January 8th, 2026 5pm - 8pm
Where: SUPPLY Manheim, 280 S. Oak Street Manheim PA
What to expect:
• An inspiring talk from Alana Beittel on vision, goal-setting, and planning with intention
• Earn 1 CE for your nursing license (courtesy of Debriefing the Frontlines)
• Create a vision board, word-of-the-year bracelet, or intentional planning tool at our creative stations (all supplies included!)
• Custom jewelry creation from The Charm Bar by Lilly Rose (optional, additional cost; first 10 nurses registered receive a free charm)
• Nourishing snacks, mocktails, and meaningful conversation
