Every month, we have an intimate & interactive workshop including CE credits, food, gifts, a customized workbook, and a speaker chosen to meet your needs.

Run to Revive 5K
Join us for our second annual 5K Fundraiser event where we will Run to Revive our nurses with support and resources!
Mark your calendars - September 20th 2025 at the Junction Center in Manheim PA
There will be something for everyone (nurses & non-nurses) to enjoy! You can expect a beautiful, scenic chipped 5K run/walk route, vendors to shop at, experience stations, inflatables, raffle prizes, food trucks, yard games and so much more!
All proceeds raised will go towards our continued mission to support, empower, and care for nurses!
Crisis Support Initiative
Our Crisis Support Initiative exists to show up for nurses and healthcare staff when the weight gets heavy. In times of loss, burnout, or critical need, we provide unit meals and curated gift drops to remind teams they are seen, valued, and not alone.
We’re currently serving units at UPMC Memorial, offering comfort and care to frontline teams through thoughtful presence and tangible support inlight of the recent shooting on February 22nd.

Nurse Led Peer Groups
Our Nurse-Led Peer Groups are monthly gatherings created by nurses, for nurses—a safe and welcoming space to connect beyond the bedside. Each session is rooted in community, shared experience, and meaningful conversation around topics that matter to us as both professionals and people.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, growth, identity shifts, or simply looking for real connection—you’ll find room to breathe here.

Rekindled Frontlines Relief Outreach
The Rekindled Frontlines Relief Outreach is our boots-on-the-ground initiative that we have teamed up with Debriefing the Frontlines to care for nurses right where they are. We show up at hospitals, clinics, and healthcare settings with practical support, encouragement, and resources that bring hope, relief, and a reminder: you’re not alone.
From care packages and snacks to meaningful conversations and emotional support, this outreach is about meeting the immediate needs of nurses and reminding them that their work—and their well-being—matters.
It’s relief with heart. It’s support that sticks. It’s rekindling from the inside out.
